Job Description:

As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, welcoming and checking in guests, light cleaning duties, restocking shelves, managing inventory, and offering our premium products to clients. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to the exceptional experience we provide to every client.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using computers and common software applications.

Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Effective problem-solving skills to address client needs.

Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is a plus.

A passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to learn.
