Rooted Salon and Spa Etiquette

Arrival

Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment to ensure we can make your time as comfortable as possible and attend to any needs you may have.

If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be modified. After 15 minutes of tardiness, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Occasionally a stylist may be running a little behind. We truly respect our clients’ time and try to make sure this rarely happens. When it does occur, we will do our best to let you know as soon possible.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made within a 36-hour window prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

A valid credit card number must be provided in order to reserve an appointment.

Children

We love children and appreciate the fact that many of our clients want only the very best for their kids hair! Strictly speaking, we don’t want anyone to get hurt and we want everyone to relax. As a courtesy to other Rooted Guests and in an effort to offer a stress-free environment and professional atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children into the salon.

Cell Phones

Your cell phone is perfect for checking in on Facebook, showing your favorite new celebrity style to your service provider, and scheduling your next appointment. In order to fully relax, please do remember to silence your ringer. Please avoid phone calls during your appointment. We know that is not always possible, if you need to step into a private room, please let us know.

Product Returns and Exchanges

NO REFUNDS. Products purchased at Rooted Salon may be exchanged within 21 days if product is more than half full. ALL BOUTIQUE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
